Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you are canceling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via customer@sakertool.co.uk.Ā For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
Cancellation Timeframe: Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order.
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the allowed 1-day cancellation period, the order can be canceled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURN
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at customer@sakertool.co.uk.
Make sure to contact us within 90 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
The following information is needed to process your request:
- Your order numberĀ (order number should begin with āSTOOUKā)
- The name and email address used to place the order
- Reasons for return
REFUND
If you feel the product that youāve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
- If the product youāve purchased is completely non-functional.
- If you did not receive your product within 90 business days after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note:
- Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You cannot ask for a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
