As someone who bakes weekly, I can say these are solid quality. Thicker than my old pans and don't warp in the oven. The small size is perfect for toasting nuts. Just wish they included a storage solution - stacking them scratches the surface a bit.

First impression: these look way more expensive than they are! The gold finish is really classy. Performance-wise, no sticking issues so far, even with sticky caramel. Heats up faster than my old aluminum pan. Only con - they're quite heavy.
