ORDER CANCELLATION

If canceling an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us via customer@sakertool.co.uk. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

Cancellation Timeframe: Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing the order.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the day after they have been processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the allowed 1-day cancellation period, the order can be canceled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURN

We do accept returns if you notify us via email at customer@sakertool.co.uk.

Make sure to contact us within 90 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

The following information is needed to process your request:

• Your order number (order number should begin with “STOOUK”)
• The name and email address used to place the order
• Reasons for return

REFUND

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

• If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
• If you did not receive your product within 90 business days after the date that your order has been placed.

Please Note:

• Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You cannot ask for a refund if:

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)

Depending on your delivery address, your order might be delivered with a local carrier in United Kingdom.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation mail and when the shipment leaves our warehouse you'll receive a shipment notification mail containing a link to a status page where you can find your tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page, which helps you to track shipments and check shipment delivery status online.
