Really like the adjustable height on this. I have a tall fiddle leaf fig and was able to extend the pole to 24 inches so the light sits right above it. The base is sturdy enough for the desk. Only wish the cord was a bit longer.

Bought the red-blue version for my vegetable seedlings. They stopped stretching and started growing compact and green. The halo design really focuses the light downward. I use the metal stake in the pot—works perfectly and doesn't tip over.
