Bought this mainly for the detachable feature and it works great. I keep one basket on the kitchen counter for onions and garlic and use the other in the pantry for snack packs. The wire spacing is tight enough so smaller items like cherry tomatoes don’t fall through. Sturdy enough for daily use.
